We do not guarantee specific room assignments. There are a myriad of surprises that can force us to change room assignments. If you ask for this certain condo and we confirm that request, the odds are very good (95%), but NOT 100%. We DO guarantee that you’ll be in a comparable or better room of equal or larger sizes. As much as we want your business, if your entire decision to book a reservation is based on these pictures and being absolutely assured this specific condominium, we regretfully can’t do it. But if you’re comfortable with a 95% chance that this will be your condominium and trust us to “make things right” if it isn’t… then book with us…you’ll be glad you did.

The Antlers 1 bedroom + bunk Condos are a spacious 680 square feet with comfortable living areas and fully equipped kitchens. Similar in size to the Antlers’ standard one-bedroom condo, the suite includes a master bedroom with a queen or king size bed. Connected to the bedroom, through a door that can be left open or closed for privacy, is a cozy alcove with a set of bunk beds. In most cases, both bunks are twin size beds. (In some of these Condos, the bottom bunk is a full-size bed.)
These condos are perfect for guests who need a few extra sleeping spaces. In addition to the queen or king size bed in the master bedroom and two bunk beds, most of these condos also have a sleeper sofa in the living room.
For our snowy winters, each condo is equipped with its own thermostat, heaters and gas fireplace. In the summer, we rely on the natural Rocky Mountain breeze to keep guests cool. We do also provide fans and humidifiers in every condo and have more available upon request.
All the Antlers One Bedroom + Bunk Condos have private balconies and stunning views of Vail Mountain and Gore Creek.
Relax In Mountain Comfort. Antlers 1 Bedroom + Bunk Condos have the warmth of a private home and include kitchens with full-size appliances – perfect for preparing an early breakfast before hitting the slopes or preparing a gourmet dinner.
An in-room coffeemaker, Vail Mountain Coffee & Tea Company’s Patriotic Coffee & coffee grinder which benefits the Vail Veterans Program, and complimentary tea and coffee served in the Antlers lobby provide an easy start to the morning.

Deposit & Cancellation Policies
Summer/Fall/Early Winter: April 15th through December 8th: 1 night deposit due at booking and is refundable if cancelled outside of 14 days. 14 days prior to arrival the full non-refundable deposit will be taken.
Winter: December 9th through April 15th: (except for December 22-31): 1 night deposit due at booking and is refundable if cancelled outside of 30 days. 30 days prior to arrival the full non-refundable deposit will be taken.
Peak Holiday: December 22nd-31st: 1 night deposit due at booking and is refundable if cancelled outside of 45 days. 45 days prior to arrival the full non-refundable deposit will be taken.
