A deposit of $49 is due at the time of booking.
Full payment is due 7 days prior to arrival date.
Once full payment has been taken, no refund will be given if all or any part of reservation is cancelled either before arrival date or during the stay.
April 05, 2021 - December 17, 2021
The full amount of the reservation including taxes and fees will be charged two days prior to arrival. Once payment is charged it is fully non-refundable.
You may cancel before two days from arrival date without any penalty or extra charges. Cancelations made within two days of arrival are fully non-refundable.
December 18, 2021 - January 2, 2022
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is due at the time of booking.
Full Payment is due 45 days prior to arrival date.
Once full payment has been taken, no refund will be given if all or any part of the reservation is cancelled either before arrival date or during stay.
January 3, 2022 – February 17, 2022
A non-refundable deposit of 10% is due at the time of booking
Full Payment is due 30 days prior to arrival date.

A non-refundable deposit of 25% is due at the time of booking.

The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Vail Parking Policy:
The Ritz-Carlton charges $45 a day for each vehicle, guests are guaranteed one car, the second vehicle is subject to availability.
Please Note: Per Eagle County protocols if you develop illness during your stay, you will need to stay within your lodging unit and refrain from going into public unless you are accessing one of our local testing clinics. In any instance, if you need to extend your stay this will be at your own expense.
Children: Children under 12 years of age stay free with adults when using existing bedding. Children 12 years of age and older, however, will incur charges over double occupancy in guest rooms. This is a $25 extra charge per night per child. The maximum amount of adults in one room is two.
