Front Desk

All properties check in at The Landmark Front Desk, 610 West Lionshead Circle.

Our Front Desk is open 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Sunday - Thursday and 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Friday - Saturday. If you arrive after hours, please pick up your keys from the lock box located at the front entrance of The Landmark.

Summer Reservations Policy

A 10% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.

Winter Reservations Policy

November 14 - December 15:

A 10% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.

December 16 - January 1:

A 10% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.

January 2 - April 20:
A 10% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.

Fees

Tax — Rates do not include state and local tax which are subject to change. Tax is currently at 10.8%.

Resort Fee — All Destination Resorts Vail reservations will be subject to a taxable 6.5% resort fee which covers varying services at each property.

Rollaways and Pack N Plays — Due to COVID-19 protocols Rollaways and Pack n plays will not be available.

Housekeeping

We are currently not offering daily housekeeping service. If you would like a service during your stay, it must be scheduled in advance and a surcharge applies (services dependent on availability). Please contact the Front Desk to inquire about scheduling housekeeping.
