Reservation/Cancellation Policy:
Off-Peak Season (April 1 – December 20): A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the reservation total is due at the time of booking. Full payment is due 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.
Holiday Season (December 21 – January 2): A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the reservation total is due at the time of booking. Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival are non-refundable.
Winter Season (January 3 – March 31): A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the reservation total is due at the time of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival
