North Tower #300 boasts over 2,200 square feet of air conditioned (a rarity in Vail) living space, including two master bedrooms. Each bathroom is adorned with granite countertops, luxury finishes, and high-end showers. Each bedroom is set up with plush bedding and mattresses. The home is amazing for entertaining! It has 3 flat screen TVs, a stereo, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Put the fully equipped gourmet kitchen to good use! Amenities await! A fabulous workout room is just below the condo, and a secluded hot tub and steam room are limited to North Tower Residence occupants. A full-size slopeside heated swimming pool and hot tubs are calling, at the adjacent Lionsquare Lodge. So is the tasty El Sabor restaurant. The unit has a ski locker at your disposal right by the entrance, so getting on the mountain has never been easier. Your only regret will be that you didn't stay longer!

  • A $50 per unit handling fee will be charged on cancellations made more than 60 days prior to arrival.
  • 100% of the total rental funds received are non-refundable for any reason on cancellations made less than 60 days of arrival. We strongly urge you to purchase traveler's insurance either thru us or on your own. Contact us prior to or 30 days prior to your arrival to purchase travel insurance.
  • Partial or pro-rated funds are not available in cases of weather, lack of snow, poor skiing conditions, health issues, transportation delays, pandemics, COVID-19 outbreaks, resort closures or governmental orders. We strongly urge you to purchase traveler's insurance either thru us or on your own. Contact us prior to or 30 days prior to your arrival to purchase travel insurance.

  • Due to the COVID-19 outbreak we have amended our rental policies for summer 2020. Final payment is now due 14 days prior to arrival. The cancellation fee is $50 if reservation is cancelled outside of 14 days prior to arrival for Summer.
  • For bookings of one month or longer the balance of the rental cost is due 30 days prior to the reservation start date.
