Notes
Summer Reservations Policy
First night's lodging and tax due upon booking and is refundable. Full payment is due 7 days prior to arrival, at which time the entire reservation is non-refundable. This applies to all stays from April 16 through November 14.
Winter Reservations Policy
Two night's lodging and tax due upon booking and is refundable up to 30 days prior to arrival. Full payment due 30 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. This applies to all stays from November 15 through April 15, excluding holidays. For holiday reservations (December 21, 2020 - January 4, 2021) full payment is due 45 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.
