Winter (November 20 - April 15*): A 10% deposit is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival at which time the entire stay is non-refundable.

*Holiday (December 20 - January 1): A 10% deposit is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The final payment is due 90 days prior to arrival at which time the entire stay is non-refundable.
