In the summer, this unit is only available for stays of 30 nights or more. Pet-friendly with owner approval. Guests will enjoy peaceful mountain views and the convenience of staying steps from Avon restaurants, bars and shops. There’s also a fitness center, indoor lap pool, hot tubs, an adult sports lounge and youth game room available for use.

5% deposit of total lodging is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
Final payment is due 48-hours prior to arrival at which time the stay is non-refundable.

Holiday Reservations December 20 – Jan 3
10% deposit of total lodging is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
