This Platinum, three-level, end unit townhome, recently remodeled in Summer of 2021, offers a great room with cathedral ceilings and a wood burning fireplace, a chef’s kitchen with premium stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops, plus a dining area for eight plus three barstools.
Additional features master bedroom with king bed and ensuite bathroom, queen size bed 2nd bedroom and 3rd bedroom with two twin beds (can be converted into a king) share a bathroom with his and her sinks, a fully enclosed loft with a twin-over-queen bunk bed and full bathroom featuring a shower, washer/dryer, custom lighting and one outdoor parking space. Guests will appreciate mountain and forest views from the furnished patio and deck (with BBQ), complimentary shuttle service to Beaver Creek Village and Centennial Express Lift, and the ability to walk to the ski way to the Mountain Express Lift. Access to a year-round hot tub as well as summertime tennis courts, pickleball and an outdoor swimming pool are also available.
