A $200 per unit handling fee will be charged on cancellations made more than 30 days for Summer Reservations prior to arrival & 60 days for Winter Reservations prior to arrival. 100% of the total rental funds received are non-refundable for any reason on cancellations made less than days for Summer Reservations or 60 days for Winter Reservations..
