The Castle Peak enclave has access to the outdoor pool and hot tub in Arrowhead Village in addition to its own community hot tub. The property has a spacious 2 car garage space.
Arrowhead Village is a secluded residential community at the western entrance to the Beaver Creek Ski Resort, with easy access to the mountain and some of the shortest lift lines in the entire resort. In addition to access to the resort, this home is located just minutes away from the quaint pedestrian-friendly Riverwalk Shopping District in Edwards, offering unique and diverse shops and restaurants.
This beautiful home is just a short complimentary shuttle ride to the Arrowhead Village during the winter during skiing hours or for those bringing their own car, parking is available in the free Arrowhead Skier lot. Arrowhead Village has an outdoor heated pool open in both winter and summer, as well as the Broken Arrow cafe, open for lunch in the winter, the Vista Restaurant open year-round for dinner, and tennis courts.

This home sleeps 12 people.

For stays of 8 nights or more, a mid-stay refresh clean and linen change is included as part of your booking. The Linens are changed, beds are made, trash is removed, bathrooms are cleaned, towels are refreshed, the kitchen is attended to, and all surfaces & faucets are left sparkling and disinfected.

For stays of fewer than 8 nights, mid-stay cleaning is not included but can be arranged upon request for an additional fee. 
This home requires a Damage Protection Policy to cover your stay for accidental damage up to $5,000. This policy is required by this property manager and already included in the displayed price. Guests who prefer to place a security deposit for this amount in lieu of the Damage Protection Policy can inquire for additional details.
*The Beaver Creek lifts are operated by Vail Resorts. Ski-in/Ski-out access is subject to Vail Resort’s terrain operating schedule and weather permitting
For safety and security purposes this property is equipped with a Ring/external security camera monitoring the main entryway/driveway only. There are no cameras monitoring interior spaces.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel your reservation more than 60 days prior to your expected arrival date, or if you cancel within 60 days and we are able to re-book the unit for the entire duration of the original reservation, 80% of the total reservation amount will be refunded. The total amount of the payments received will be forfeited if you cancel within 60 days of arrival and we are unable to re-book the unit or you will be reimbursed through travel insurance provided you purchased coverage and the reason of cancellation is one of the covered reasons under the policy. Major Holiday bookings are non-refundable without insurance being purchased and it must be for a covered reason.
