This gorgeous, 3 Bedroom/3 Bath Condo is located at the base of Arrowhead Village, a short 5-minute walk from the slopes. This beautiful townhouse overlooks the Country Club of the Rockies 10th tee box.

The open-plan property is fitted with a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining room and a spacious living room with a gas fireplace. Guests also have access to a large walk out patio with gas grill and garage parking for one car. Additional parking for extra vehicles must be arranged prior to arrival, and these cannot be guaranteed.

With its close proximity to Arrowhead Village, guests can enjoy the communal pool and hot tub facilities, available in both the summer and winter seasons. During the winter, guests are able to ski to both Bachelor Gulch and Beaver Creek villages as part of the Village-to-Village ski experience. Additionally, you are provided with complimentary access to the Dial-a-Ride shuttle, which services each village in Beaver Creek Resort.

This residence includes a complimentary refresh housekeeping service for stays of five to seven nights. Beds are made, trash is removed, bathrooms are cleaned, towels refreshed, the kitchen is attended to, and all surfaces & faucets are left sparkling and disinfected. Complimentary linen changes are included during the refresh housekeeping service on stays eight nights or longer. Please note housekeeping services are not scheduled on major holidays.

Our guests receive attentive, personalized service from time of booking until after your departure. You will be allocated a dedicated Personal Concierge to assist with planning each aspect of your getaway.

**The Alpine Club recently announced their winter operating plan. With the ongoing challenges presented by the COVID-19 pandemic, and keeping everyone's safety as a top priority, the outdoor community pool and hot tub will remain closed for the 2020-2021 winter season.

Traveling Today

Our Team has always been particular when it comes to the hygiene of our properties and the processes and requirements already in place lead to exceptionally well-cleaned and sanitized residences.

The following elements are part of our standard checklists for cleaning homes:

• Opening all windows to ventilate rooms.

• Disinfect light switches, lamps, cupboard handles, doorknobs, remotes, and thermostats. These are areas guests have likely touched, so it’s important to sanitize them.

• Run all dishes and flatware through the dishwasher.

• Sanitize/disinfect high-traffic areas like bathroom toilets, sinks, faucets, kitchen surfaces, trashcans, light switches, and door-knobs.

• All appliances, electronics, and provided amenities are cleaned between guests.

• All linen is professionally laundered at high temperatures and then ironed.

• All equipment used to clean the properties are themselves cleaned and disinfected daily and housekeeping staff follow strict protocols in accessing and departing residences.

• All top of bedding blankets and quilts are washed after each guest departure.

• Mattress protectors are disinfected after each guest departure.

• Pillow protectors are replaced after each guest departure.

• Soft fabrics throughout the residence are sanitized with CDC approved disinfectants between each guest

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel your reservation more than 30 days prior to your expected arrival date, or if you cancel within 30 days and we are able to re-book the unit for the entire duration of the original reservation, 80% of the total reservation amount will be refunded. The total amount of the payments received will be forfeited if you cancel within 30 days of arrival and we are unable to re-book the unit or you will be reimbursed through travel insurance provided you purchased coverage and the reason of cancellation is one of the covered reasons under the policy. Major Holiday bookings are non-refundable without insurance being purchased and it must be for a covered reason.
