This SKI IN/SKI OUT, 2 Bedroom/2 Bath Condo offers a family room with a sleeper sofa, a complete kitchen, dining area, and two guest suites one with a king size bed and attached bathroom and the second with two queen-size beds.
Additional features include a private deck, washer/dryer and garage parking.

Accommodations include mountain-view condos with 1 to 5 bedrooms and lodge rooms with space for up to 4 guests. The single stunning penthouse boasts 2 bedrooms, a Jacuzzi tub, wood-burning fireplace and a baby grand piano.
Ski and snowboard rentals are available on property at Charter Sports, conveniently located on the lobby level, and guests staying at The Charter receive discounts on equipment rentals. The Spa Anjali Beaver Creek, also located on site, offers a full menu of relaxing treatments, from deep tissue massage and body wraps to facials and hot stone pedicures.
Additional amenities and services at The Charter include two (2) restaurants located on site. The health club offers a fully equipped fitness center, steam rooms and saunas in addition to hot tubs, an indoor lap pool and a seasonal outdoor pool.
