DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICIES:
All reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of the initial deposit
General Reservations: A one (1) night deposit is due at the time of booking. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and the reservation is non-refundable at that time. If cancelled outside of 30 days, there is a $100 cancellation fee.
Holiday Reservations: For any reservation during the Holiday Season, a one (1) night non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. Final payment is due November 1st, and the reservation is non-refundable at that time.
Extended Stays: For any stay that is 30+ nights, a $250 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival and the reservation is non-refundable at that time.
