This spacious, multi-level, four-bedroom, four-bath townhome is a wonderful residence for two families taking a Beaver Creek ski vacation together.

The great room of Villa Montane #223 features vaulted ceilings and includes an updated kitchen, dining area with breakfast bar and living room with comfortable mountain-styled seating in front of the fireplace. Play a game at the game table while enjoying the living room company. The bedroom on this level is furnished with a queen bedroom with bathroom access on the hallway. Upstairs in the second bedroom, a queen over queen bunk bed also has a seating area with a sleeper sofa and adjoining bathroom create a nice getaway.

The master suite and fourth bedroom are downstairs on the entry level. In the master suite, you will find an elegantly appointed king-sized bed, patio access and updated en suite bath with a separate shower and undermount jetted soaking tub. The final bedroom has a king bed, a flat screen TV, patio access and an adjoining bathroom. This home overlooks the pool and courtyard and offers a gas grill on the deck.

Villa Montane guests enjoy a year-round heated pool, hot tubs and comfortable lounge chairs. Just off the lobby a fitness center and media room with 3D TV and surround sound are available for guest use. Villa Montane #223 sleeps up to eight people.

located in the heart of Beaver Creek Village. Guests are just across the street from shopping and dining, as well as year-round ice-skating rink and the Vilar Performing Arts Center. Skiways located just steps from the ski locker room provide SKI IN/SKI OUT access to and from the Elkhorn Lift and the slopes. Outside, the heated pool, hot tubs and comfortable lounge chairs entice skiers after a day on the slopes. Just off the lobby, a fitness center awaits those who want an extra work out, and a movie theater, furnished with stadium-style lounge chairs complete with cup holders. Each of the two-, three- and four-bedroom residences has a gas fireplace, washers and dryers in the home, complimentary wireless Internet and heated underground parking. All of the two-bedroom residences are located on the courtyard level. The spacious three- and four-bedroom townhomes showcase vaulted ceilings, wood floors, rock fireplaces and custom kitchens.
