Burgess Creek Chalet in Steamboat Springs borders the National Forest and offers private and spacious ski accommodations for larger families and groups with extremely close access to the Thunderhead high-speed lift.

Walk into Burgess Creek Chalet and you will be drawn to the open spaces and common areas of this cozy chalet.

The expansive great room with cathedral ceiling offers spectacular views of the mountains. Step out on the sunny south-facing deck for a view down the valley. This room offers plenty of space for all to lounge in. The overstuffed leather furniture invites you to put your feet up and relax in front of the wood-burning fireplace!

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with professional-grade gas stove top and griddle, double ovens and double Bosch dishwashers. Aspiring chefs in your group can tantalize your taste buds with the delights of their efforts that will energize you for a day on the mountain.

Children can enjoy meals at their own pace in the breakfast nook with seating for eight, while adults enjoy relaxed meals in the spacious 10-person dining area in the great room.

Burgess Creek Chalet offers six spacious bedrooms each with en suite bathroom and flat panel TVs with DVD players. This home is a perfect fit for a variety of groups. In addition to the master that has a king bed, another bedroom has a king with the option of two twin beds. Four bedrooms have queen beds and the recreation room has a twin over full bunk bed. The master bedroom and bathroom include a gas fireplace, steam shower and large bathtub to soak away the day.

On the lower level of the chalet is a large recreation room with a Wii video game system, home theater 60" LED Smart TV with surround sound and a full stock of books and board games for the whole family. Movie lovers can dim the lights and turn up the sound or children can play without disturbing the rest of the chalet.

On a side deck looking up to the ski mountain is an 8-person private hot tub. Soak, unwind and plan adventures for the day ahead under a starlit sky or while watching fresh Champagne Powder falling on the mountain. Ski access is a breeze at Creekside Chalet as the on-call shuttle will take you to the Thunderhead Express Chairlift in just minutes (winter only.)

3.1         Notification in writing (e-mail or fax) is required for the Guest to cancel any reservation, catering, additional services, or activities.  48 hours after the reservation is confirmed with a partial or full payment, a reservation may not be changed to a different property.  Guests with confirmed reservations who desire to change Homes, regardless of reason, must cancel the original reservation pursuant to the cancellation policy, and a new reservation must be made at the alternate Home, which reservation is also subject to the cancellation policy.
3.2         In the case of cancellation by the Guest, all payments are non-refundable.  Refunds are in the sole discretion of the Property Manager, and if any kind of refund is offered, the Property Manager may retain 20% to cover administrative costs and credit card fees.
3.3         The Property Manager highly recommends that Guests purchase travel insurance.  We offer travel insurance at the time of reservation.  Travel insurance may be added anytime up to final payment, 60 days prior to arrival, although additional pre-existing condition coverage applies if the insurance is added within 30 days of reservation confirmation.  For reservations made less than 30 days prior to arrival, travel insurance may be purchased at the time of reservation to cover pre-existing conditions. There are no full or partial refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
