Description

This spectacular Village Walk home on Beaver Creek Mountain has five bedrooms and is a new level of luxury with direct access to the Dally ski run. The home boasts high-end finishes and furnishings, vaulted ceilings, gorgeous hardwood floors, and a soaring rock fireplace, as well as a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and custom cabinetry.

Guests can soak in their private hot tub on the spacious patio while enjoying views of Beaver Creek. A ski room, laundry room, two-car garage, state-of-the-art electronics, and air conditioning round out this fantastic luxury vacation rental. This home will make your ski or summer vacation one to remember.

The main level of the home was made for entertaining. It has a great room with vaulted ceilings and a gas fireplace. The spacious kitchen is adjacent to the dining area with seating for 10 guests. There is also a hearth room with a second fireplace and TV. There is a powder room, as well. For getting fresh air, there are two balconies - one with a built-in fire pit and the other with a gas grill.

The lower level of the home is a fantastic room for families as it has its own ski entry with boot dryers, a laundry room, billiards table, entertainment area, with xBox 360 and Wii, and ample seating. There is access to the two (2)-car attached garage from this area. On this level, you’ll also find three of the guest bedrooms. The first has a King Bed with flat-screen television and en suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The second features two (2) twin beds, a flat-screen TV, and its own en suite bath with a shower/tub combo. The final bedroom has two (2) sets of twin bunk beds, and an en suite bath with a soaking tub and walk-in shower.

The Master & Jr Master Suites are on the upper level. Both suites have King Beds, flat-screen TVs and en-suite bathrooms with Jacuzzi tubs and steam showers.

In addition, to that there an elevator that allows easy access to all 3 levels. On the top level there is a washer/dryer to easily take care of laundry. There is also a writing desk in the loft that overlooks the great room.

SKI ACCESS: Simply walk out the back door right onto the green, daily groomed Dally ski run. This run will take you directly into Beaver Creek Village and chairlift access. At the end of the day ski directly back to Village Walk via the Dally ski run.

Notes

Cancellation and Refunds

3.1 Notification to the Property Manager in writing (e-mail or fax) is required for the Guest to cancel any reservation, catering, additional services, or activities. 48 hours after the reservation is confirmed with a partial or full payment, a reservation may not be changed to a different property. Guests with confirmed reservations who desire to change Homes, regardless of reason, must cancel the original reservation pursuant to the cancellation policy, and a new reservation must be made at the alternate Home, which reservation is also subject to the cancellation policy.
3.2 In the case of cancellation by the Guest, all payments are non-refundable. Refunds are in the sole discretion of the Property Manager, and if any kind of refund is offered, the Property Manager may retain 20% to cover administrative costs and credit card fees.
3.3 The Property Manager highly recommends that Guests purchase travel insurance. Vacations by Laure offers travel insurance,
www.rentalguardian.com at the time of reservation. Travel insurance may be added anytime up to final payment, 60 days prior to arrival, although additional pre-existing condition coverage applies if the insurance is added within 21 days of reservation confirmation. For reservations made less than 30 days prior to arrival, travel insurance may be purchased at the time of reservation to cover pre-existing conditions.
3.4 There are no full or partial refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
