For summer reservations: One night’s deposit plus tax is due at the time of booking, and full payment is due 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival will receive the refunded deposit less a $25 administration fee. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival will forfeit the deposit.
NEW WINTER CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposit Policy: One night’s deposit w/tax due October 1st, 2020. Full payment due 45 days prior to arrival. Deposit Protection available for 3% of Total.

Cancellation Policy: If made more than 45 days prior to arrival, full refund less $50 per bedroom. Less than 45 days, entire payment amount is non-refundable. Parking Policy: One vehicle included except for Four Bedroom units, which include 2 vehicles per reservation. Additional parking is $50/night based on availability.
