Antlers #701 Antlers at Vail Unit #701 is a Platinum Rated 3 Bedroom/3 Bath Condominium. This condo is approximately 1,500 square feet and has a fully-equipped kitchen, large private balcony, gas grill, gas fireplace in the living room, high-definition TVs, washer/dryer, and like all Antlers condominiums comes standard with a small safe, humidifier, iron and ironing board, and hair dryers. Complimentary WiFi and daily housekeeping services are included during your stay. This southeast facing, creek side condo has a queen size bed in the master bedroom, a queen size bed in the second bedroom, and in the third bedroom there is a queen bed, trundle bed, and a set of bunk beds – perfect for the kids. The extra bedding in this condo makes it a great lodging option for a group of friends, or large families of 4-6 people. Make the Antlers your home base for experiencing all that Vail has to offer! This condo has two levels and the second level is accessible by a spiral staircase.

Deposit & Cancellation Policies
All Non-Refundable Pre-Purchased rates are always completely non-refundable. All other reservations will have the policies below applied.
Summer/Fall/Early Winter: April 2nd through December 14th
1 night deposit due at booking and is refundable less a 3% credit card processing fee if cancelled outside of 14 days.
The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to arrival and will be charged to the card on file. The full reservation value becomes non-refundable 14 days prior to arrival with no refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
Winter: December 15th through April 1st (except for December 20th – January 5th)
1 night deposit due at booking and is refundable less a 3% credit card processing fee if cancelled outside of 30 days
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival and will be charged to the card on file. The full reservation value becomes non-refundable 30 days prior to arrival with no refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
Peak Holiday: December 20th through January 5th
