DEPOSIT, FINAL PAYMENT, CANCELLATION
Spring/Summer/Fall/Winter* A deposit of 20% of the total room charge, including tax, is due at the time of booking. Final payment is due 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made before the final payment will forfeit the initial deposit. Cancellations made after the final payment are non-refundable.
*Holiday & President's Week (Dec 20 - Jan 1; February 17-22) A deposit of 50% of the total room charge, including tax, is due when booking. The final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made before the final payment will forfeit the initial deposit. Cancellations made after the final payment are non-refundable.
Long-Term Lease: Our standard lease agreement will require a 50% deposit paid by wire, check, or credit card to execute the lease, and will collect the remaining balance due 1 month prior to arrival.
