This extraordinary Buckhorn Townhome in the exclusive community of Bachelor Gulch is sunny and bright with ample room for families and friends looking for a home away from home in the Bachelor Gulch area of Beaver Creek! Guests will find expansive views, nice gathering areas, and exquisite touches of mountain luxury with its exposed timbers, stone fireplace, and private outdoor hot tub and firepit!
Just past the foyer when you enter through the front door on the main level, you’ll find an open floor plan with the kitchen, dining room, and living room. The primary Suite is off this area to the left and the deck and patio are off this area to the right. There is also a bathroom in the foyer area. Downstairs you’ll find the remaining three bedrooms and the laundry room. Ski storage and boot dryers are in the garage.
SKI ACCESS
Village Connect Shuttle, the on-demand, free shuttle service, will pick you up at the residence and drop you off directly at the ski lift outside of the Ritz Carlton Bachelor Gulch Hotel. Intermediate skiers can also walk up the road from the home’s driveway to the blue Roughlock ski run that leads directly to the Bachelor Gulch Express lift.
Ski-in/ski-out access is subject to snow conditions and weather. Availability may vary depending on resort operations.
Guest of Buckhorn have access to the year round outdoor pool at the Ritz Carlton Bachelor Gulch.
This stylish home features a living room with a flat-screen TV and gas fireplace, a formal dining area with a table for 8, and a kitchen equipped with an auto-drip coffee maker and breakfast bar seating for 4. For guests’ convenience there is a washer and two dryers, dedicated ski storage with boot dryers, and parking for 4 vehicles (2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway.) Outdoor amenities include a private hot tub and a gas fire pit. Additionally, Wi-Fi is available for connectivity throughout the property.
This Townhome has Wi-Fi and comes fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with coffee filters, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
This home has a noise decibel monitoring device and an exterior security camera.
