10-minute drive to town and ski gondola parking and just 5 minutes from the Breckenridge Golf course and Nordic Center.

The interior of this beautiful home is designed throughout with Cypress heartwood, lending warmth and a welcoming feeling the moment you walk in the door. The great room features floor-to-ceiling windows with mountain views, a comfortable sectional couch, and a stone-feature gas fireplace with seating for all. This unique two-sided fireplace opens to the dining room on the other side, creating the ambiance to make entertaining around the combination bench and chair dining table a memorable experience. A breakfast nook on the opposite side of the kitchen seats another 6 and is perfect for the kids.

A warm inviting Colorado kitchen with European feel features
high-end appliances, a beautiful gas range, a wine cooler, and plenty of counter space with a center island and two sinks. Outside, a large upper deck with comfy patio furniture and a grill invites alfresco dining and relaxing in nature in the summer months.

On the main level off the dining area is a
large private office for remote working with beautiful built-ins, a private bath with a shower, and a high-end sleeper sofa.

On the upper level is the primary suite with a TV and a gorgeous ensuite with a freestanding soaking tub, dual vanities, and a walk-in shower. Next door is a family suite with a queen bed and a twin bunk room with a hall bath.

Retire to the lower-level family room with its stunning tiled floor and architectural elements including a wet bar with exposed beams, flat-screen TV and sitting area, and a

This home enjoys complimentary shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. The use of the shuttle is on a first-come, first-served basis.

IN HOME AMENITIES
This home has WIFI and comes fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, Nespresso, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.


This home does not have air conditioning. Colorado's cool summer nights will keep this home comfortable by opening windows after the sun goes down, and then closing the windows and blinds during the day. Utilizing the overhead fans, if available, keeps airflow moving, and additional floor fans can be found in many bedroom closets. Can't live without it? A/C units may be available for rent for an additional fee.

Cancellation Policy: In the case of cancellation, all payments that have been received are non-refundable.

We highly recommend purchasing Travel Insurance to protect your vacation investment. We offer policies with Rental Guardian Travel Insurance that are available to you at the time of making your reservation. Please indicate this on the booking form or in writing if you wish to add this to your reservation. This can be added anytime up to 60 days prior to arrival, although additional pre-existing condition coverage applies if the insurance is added within 10 days of reservation confirmation. Please note that if arriving less than 30 days out, travel insurance needs to be purchased at time of booking to cover pre-existing conditions.

Notification in writing (email or fax) is required to cancel any lodging or additional services and activities. Group Leaders are responsible in making all guests in their party aware of these terms.

There are no full or partial refunds for late arrivals or early departures.

In the event that any kind of refund is provided, the Property Manager will retain 20% of any amounts received to cover administration costs and credit card fees.
