This centrally located Summerwood home is a quick bus ride or drive to many Summit County favorites. Keystone resort is less than five miles away, offering year-round family fun. Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge and Copper Mountain are all within a 20-minute drive. There are numerous hiking, biking and snowshoeing trails in the immediate area, as well as a disc golf course. The Dillon Marina is three miles away, where you can rent a pontoon or kayak for a day on the water.
