DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICIES – Lodging Policies Vary by Property:
For Stays Now – December 16, 2021
Deposit: $0 Deposit.
Final Payment: Full and final payment is due 48 hours prior to arrival, at which time the reservation is non-refundable and non-changeable.
Cancellation: Reservations cancelled at least 48 hours before arrival are fully refundable. Any changes made to a reservation within the 48-hour window are non-refundable and non-changeable.
For Stays December 17, 2021 – January 1, 2022
Deposit: First night payment in full. Non-refundable when reservation is made.
Final Payment: Full and final payment is due 45 days prior to arrival, at which time the reservation is non-refundable and non-changeable.
Cancellation: Reservations cancelled at least 45 days prior to arrival are refundable, excluding deposit. Any changes made to a reservation within the 45-day window are non-refundable and non-changeable.
For Stays January 2, 2022 – April 16, 2022
Deposit: $49 deposit that is non-refundable when reservation is made.
Final Payment: Full and final payment is due 7 days prior to arrival, at which time the reservation is non-refundable and non-changeable.
Cancellation: Reservations cancelled at least 7 days prior to arrival are refundable, excluding deposit. Any changes made to a reservation within the 7-day window are non-refundable and non-changeable.
