We do not guarantee specific room assignments. There are a myriad of surprises that can force us to change room assignments. If you ask for this certain condo and we confirm that request, the odds are very good (95%), but NOT 100%. We DO guarantee that you’ll be in a comparable or better room of equal or larger sizes. As much as we want your business, if your entire decision to book a reservation is based on these pictures and being absolutely assured this specific condominium, we regretfully can’t do it. Antlers at Vail Unit #105 is a recently renovated one-bedroom plus bunk beds condominium. With 680 square feet, this condo has an open-floor plan in the living and dining areas and is perfect for small families.

Prepare meals in the full kitchen, which features granite counter-tops, updated appliances and all the pots, pans, and kitchenware you’ll need to create culinary delights.

For summer reservations: One night’s deposit plus tax is due at the time of booking, and full payment is due 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival will receive the refunded deposit less a $25 administration fee. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival will forfeit the deposit.
 

NEW WINTER CANCELLATION POLICY
For winter reservations (November 15, 2021 – April 17, 2022): One night’s deposit plus tax is due at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival. The final deposit payment will be charged to the credit card on file. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will receive a refund of the deposit (less a $50 per bedroom administration fee). Cancellations made for any reason less than 30 days prior to arrival are non-refundable. Parking Policy: Parking is $50/night based on availability.
