Deposit & Cancellation Policies
All Non-Refundable Pre-Purchased rates are always completely non-refundable. All other reservations will have the policies below applied.
Summer/Fall/Early Winter: April 2nd through December 14th
1 night deposit due at booking and is refundable less a 3% credit card processing fee if cancelled outside of 14 days.
The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to arrival and will be charged to the card on file. The full reservation value becomes non-refundable 14 days prior to arrival with no refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
 
Winter: December 15th through April 1st (except for December 20th – January 5th)
1 night deposit due at booking and is refundable less a 3% credit card processing fee if cancelled outside of 30 days
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival and will be charged to the card on file. The full reservation value becomes non-refundable 30 days prior to arrival with no refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
 
Peak Holiday: December 20th through January 5th
1 night deposit due at booking and is refundable less a 3% credit card processing fee if cancelled outside of 45 days
The remaining balance is due 45 days prior to arrival and will be charged to the card on file. The full reservation value becomes non-refundable 45 days prior to arrival with no refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
