This small, but charming, second floor, one-bedroom plus den, two-bath residence is the Beaver Creek vacation residence for a family looking to be in the center of the action. Wood floors accent the main living space, including the living room, which features a Colorado mountain decor. The master bedroom, off the living room, is furnished with a King-size bed and features an en suite bathroom. The den is outfitted with two twin beds and en suite bath. There is also a queen sleeper sofa.

This home has lovely views over the village toward the Strawberry Park section of Beaver Creek Ski Resort. Please note this home tends to get quite warm year-round. The owners have installed an air conditioning unit in the living room for guests' comfort; however, if you are heat sensitive, please consider alternative options. Market Square #201 sleeps up to 6 people.

5% deposit of total lodging is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
Final payment is due 14 days prior to arrival at which time the stay is non-refundable.

5% deposit of total lodging is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
Final payment is due 48-hours prior to arrival at which time the stay is non-refundable.

Holiday Reservations December 20 – Jan 3
10% deposit of total lodging is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
Final payment is due 90 days prior to arrival at which time the stay is non-refundable.
