The master bedroom, off the living room, is furnished with a king-sized bed and features an en suite bathroom. The den is outfitted with a twin bed with a twin trundle and en suite bath. The queen sleeper sofa in the living room accommodates additional guests.
This home has village views of Avondale Lane toward the Poste Montane. The owners have installed an air conditioning unit in the living room for guests' comfort. Market Square #206 sleeps up to six people.

CANCELLATION POLICIES FOR COVID-19 ARE FLEXIBLE. PLEASE INQUIRE.
CANCELLATION POLICY: For reservations made less than 60 days in advance, 100% of the rental fee and security deposit must be paid to confirm a reservation and is non-refundable with the exception of the security deposit. Once a reservation has been confirmed, if there is a need to cancel any reserved night for any reason, rental payments are only refundable if we are able to rebook the property for the same dates at the same or more of rental rate. The cancellation policy applies to any change that results in the cancellation of any night (s) reserved. All cancellations, regardless of whether or not we are able to rebook the home will be assessed a $150.00 processing fee. Cancellations for reservations for any cancelled nights during Christmas or New Years weeks will incur a $300.00 processing fee. If the balance of the rental fee and security deposit is not received 60 days before the scheduled arrival it may be considered a cancellation and will be handled as outlined above.
