With captivating mountain views, a short walk for ski-in /out access and a location above Beaver Creek Village, guest at the Meadows can easily enjoy all that Beaver Creek Resort has to offer.

Completely renovated in 2019, including air conditioning in the main living areas, three-story, four-bedroom plus den, townhome can comfortably sleep up to 13 people. Guest will appreciate the modern décor and open floor plan. The abundance of windows and western views offers incredible mountain sunsets. Additional highlights in this residence include a 10-person dining table, four-person breakfast bar, burning fireplace, 65”tv and private hot tub.

Strong WiFi is available throughout the unit. Living Room sound is provided through a Sonos system plus a portable Sonos Move speaker that can be enjoyed on the balconies or near the hot tub.

Guests will delight in having two balconies to enjoy. For your convenience, the one located right off the living room is covered and stocked with firewood for the winter. To enhance your summer experience, breathtaking views from the other large balcony invite guest to dine around an eight-person outdoor dining table while cooking on the provided Weber propane grill.

This townhome is unique with its three parking spaces, one that is in a heated garage that fits a full size suburban, plus two outdoor reserved spaces. Additionally, guests enjoy the luxury of hanging their skis and storing their boots in the heated garage so they are dry and warm for the next day.

All necessities are provided for our guests.

Ski access is a short walking distance to the Highlands base area where you can ski directly down to the Centennial Lift in the main village area. At the end of the day, simply ski back to the Highlands ski-way for a quick walk back to the townhome.

Also, if you don’t feel like taking a short walk or skiing to the Village Center, a complimentary shuttle is available from 7:00am to Midnight that will take you anywhere within Beaver Creek and Bachelor Gulch.

This residence includes an alternate-day housekeeping service for stays of four nights or longer. Beds are made, trash is removed, bathrooms are cleaned, towels refreshed, the kitchen is attended to, and all surfaces & faucets are left sparkling. Please note housekeeping services are not scheduled on major holidays.

Our guests receive attentive, personalized service from time of booking until after your departure. A dedicated Personal Concierge is available to assist with planning every aspect of your getaway.

Notes

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel your reservation more than 60 days prior to your expected arrival date, or if you cancel within 60 days and we are able to re-book the unit for the entire duration of the original reservation, 80% of the total reservation amount will be refunded. The total amount of the payments received will be forfeited if you cancel within 60 days of arrival and we are unable to re-book the unit or you will be reimbursed through travel insurance provided you purchased coverage and the reason of cancellation is one of the covered reasons under the policy. Major Holiday bookings are non-refundable without insurance being purchased and it must be for a covered reason.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please note that while the property manager does their best to confirm the specific vacation home you originally reserved, in the event that the home is damaged, is sold, is rendered untenable, or becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond their control, the property manager shall

use their best efforts to find comparable alternative accommodations and the rental guest shall be required to pay all rent due hereunder.

All properties are non-smoking. Pets are not permitted at any property unless written authorization is provided by the property manager. Violation of these policies may result in

additional fines or removal from the property per the policies of the property manager.

Lodging rates are based on the maximum occupancy of the residence, and extra person charges

may apply if this occupancy is exceeded or additional guests may be evicted as a matter of course.

All properties observe a standard check-in time as stated above. In order to ensure that your accommodations are adequately prepared, early check-ins cannot be guaranteed. Should your plans call for arrival prior to check-in time, the property manager may be able to arrange storage of luggage and changing facilities. Please contact the property or your Personal Travel Designer prior to arrival to plan accordingly. All properties observe a standard check-out time as listed above. Late departures cannot be guaranteed by any properties and may result in additional fees.

It is also understood that damages or missing items belonging to the property, caused by my party or myself during our stay, are my responsibility. A charge can be placed on the card provided at the time of booking by the Property Manager for damages caused by the negligence or carelessness of the guests. General wear and tear on the property is not considered “damages” as, for example, a broken wine glass.
