Unit 760 is a completely renovated two-bedroom/two-bathroom luxury-rated condominium with a private terrace overlooking beautiful Willow Park. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with custom cabinetry, granite countertop with stools, and brand-new GE monogram stainless steel appliances including electric range, microwave, dishwasher, and full-size refrigerator/freezer.
This Mountain Modern designer-styled apartment features a spacious living area with hardwood flooring, a sandstone surrounds gas fireplace, a 55” flat-screen TV, and private terrace access. A spacious sectional sofa, occasional chair, coffee table, and dining table that seats 6 furnish the space.
The primary bedroom features a king bed with an en-suite bathroom that includes a double sink, granite top vanity, and a fully tiled walk-in shower with custom glass door. The second bedroom includes two queen beds and an adjacent bathroom with a granite top vanity and a fully tiled tub/shower combination. Both bedrooms have wall-mounted flat-screen TVs and Willow Park views.
There are ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms and a custom-built cubby/storage bench in the entry along with a full-size washer/dryer in the unit. Complimentary high-speed internet, premium linens and towels, hairdryers, personal soap and shampoo, and daily maid service, are included.
Our full-service concierge is at your service to arrange dining reservations, ground transportation from Eagle or Denver, and food shopping services. Please note Riva Ridge South building and units do not have air conditioning. Parking is in the underground garage below the Riva Ridge South building. All spaces are assigned, please ONLY park in your assigned space and display a valid parking permit.

Riva Ridge Condos occupy arguably the best location in Vail Village. Only a two minutes’ walk to the center of the village yet serenely quiet, nestled around Bishop Park. A sought-after residential neighborhood and a wonderful place to hang your hat for a few nights. Next-door at the Willows is a large 22-person outdoor rock hot tub for Riva Ridge Guests to enjoy, including a changing room. Underground parking is complimentary at Riva Ridge for 1 vehicle per unit.

Cancellation Policy Cancellations are subject to full forfeiture of all deposits paid. Special Reservation/Cancellation Policies are in place for COVID-19 related Reservations (please ask).
Child Policy All children are welcome. All children or adults stay free of charge when using existing beds.
Deposit Policy A non- refundable deposit is collected at the time of booking. Final balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Holiday reservations must be fully paid by October 1st.
No-show Policy In case of No-show 100% of advanced deposits paid will be forfeited
