Next-door at the Willows is a large 22-person outdoor rock hot tub for Riva Ridge Guests to enjoy, including a changing room. Underground parking is complimentary at Riva Ridge for 1 vehicle per unit.

Cancellation Policy Cancellations are subject to full forfeiture of all deposits paid. Special Reservation/Cancellation Policies are in place for COVID-19 related Reservations (please ask).
Child Policy All children are welcome. All children or adults stay free of charge when using existing beds.
Deposit Policy A non- refundable deposit is collected at the time of booking. Final balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Holiday reservations must be fully paid by October 1st.
No-show Policy In case of No-show 100% of advanced deposits paid will be forfeited
